Ingredients
500g Chicken nibbles
70ml milk
40g plain flour
90g corn flour
1 eggs
Sauce
2 tbsp honey
40g butter
Chopped garlic
2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Wash your chicken nibbles, dry them. Season your chicken with black pepper and salt. Add in your milk set aside for 2.5 hours. Strain the milk. Crack egg into a bowl and add your chicken. Pour in flour and mix well. Once your chicken is covered in batter add in corn flour. Heat oil in wok to ~160 degree Celsius. Slowly slide your chicken into hot oil for 3-4 minutes till batter hardens. Remove from oil and heat oil up again till 180 degrees and add in your chicken again. In another pan, add in butter and fry up garlic, until garlic becomes fragrant. Add 4 tbsp of soy sauce and add 2 tsp of sugar and fry it up till it thickens. Add 2 tbsp of honey mix well and pour over chicken till well coated.
