3 Chicken breast
1 tbsp Light Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
4 tbsp Black Beech Honey
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tbsp sriracha chilli sauce (for the spiciness, optional)
4 cloves Garlic ( 2 crushed, 2 minced)
3 tbsp cooking sake
*1 tsp corn flour with 1tbsp water ( for thickening the sauce)
Cut chicken breast into bite size and then season with salt and pepper, set aside.
Heat a pan to medium high heat, seat the chicken breast until cooked through. Add cooking sake till it evaporates. Then add crushed garlic and fry till fragrant. Then add soy sauce, honey, sriracha, vinegar. Cook till the sauce reduces down and slightly thicken. Add cornflour and water if necessary to thicken the sauce.
Garnish with some thyme. Serve over rice or vegetables
